User Agreement
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Welcome to the Auth-One unified identity platform. This agreement is a binding contract between you and the platform operator regarding your use of the service. Please read and fully understand all terms before registering or using the service.
1. Acceptance and Changes
By clicking to confirm, completing registration, or actually using any feature of the platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
We may revise this agreement from time to time as the business evolves. Revised versions will be published within the platform. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering, and update it promptly when it changes. You must also:
- Keep your password and two-factor credentials safe, and never lend, transfer, or share your account with others;
- Report immediately through the platform or your administrator if your account is compromised or you discover a security vulnerability;
- Take responsibility for all actions performed through your account; losses caused by your own failure to safeguard credentials are borne by you.
3. Service Description
The platform provides unified identity and access management, including authentication, single sign-on (OIDC), multi-factor authentication, organization and permission management, and audit logging.
Actual features are subject to what the platform provides. We may adjust, upgrade, or retire features for security and compliance reasons.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform or related systems in any way;
- Access other users' accounts, data, or platform APIs without authorization;
- Use the platform for activities that violate laws or infringe the legitimate rights of third parties;
- Reverse engineer, maliciously scan, or launch attacks against the platform.
If you violate these rules, we may issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account depending on severity, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
5. Third-Party Sign-In and Integrations
The platform supports signing in with third-party accounts (such as WeChat, QQ, or GitHub) and being integrated by third-party applications. When using third-party services you must also comply with their agreements and rules.
Third-party services are the sole responsibility of their providers. Disputes arising from third-party services are to be resolved between you and the third party.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, interface design, documentation, and related intellectual property of the platform belong to the operator or the respective rights holders. Without permission you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
The organization and business data you submit remain yours or your organization's. We use them only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuous and secure, but due to force majeure, network failures, or third-party causes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or lost profits. For suspensions caused by maintenance or upgrades, we will try to give advance notice.
8. Changes and Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. After deletion we will handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
If you materially breach this agreement, we may terminate the service. Clauses on liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they will be submitted to the competent court where the operator is located.
